Front of Gandhi School Ancol. Gandhi School Ancol is an Indian-Indonesians School, it was found along with Gandhi Memorial International School in Kemayoran. It was built on year 1950. It is one of the private national-plus school/international schools in Jakarta, Indonesia. It has nearly 3500 students. The students are predominantly Chinese Indonesians, with some Korean Indonesians, Peranakan Chinese and Indian Indonesians forming minority. Gandhi School Ancol is divided into 4 sections, and they are PG/TK, SD, SMP, SMA, FEP

Facilities in SMP Gandhi School Ancol :

Science Lab, it is located on 1st floor. Students go there to study about Biology, Physics, and Chemistry. In the Science Lab, there are many things about science, equipments for experiments, etc. Teachers that manage the science lab are Mr. Darmawan & Mr. Aji

 Library, it is located on 1st floor. Students go there to read books and also they can borrow the books that they want to read at home. In the library, there are many interesting books, it can be about adventure, science, etc. Teacher that manages the library is Ms. Ayu

Computer Lab, it is located on 2nd floor. Students go there to study about computer. In the computer lab, there are many computers, projector, etc. Teachers that manage the computer lab are Mr Taufik & Mr. Mahyuni

Religion Room, it is located on 1st floor. Students go there to study about their own religions. In the religion room, there are many things about religion, for example bible, pictures of Jesus, etc. Teacher that manages the religion room is Ms. Lorita

Classroom, it is the place where students study. In the classroom, it is completed with projector, frames, white board, etc

Teachers Room, it is located on 1st floor and 2nd floor. It is the place where teachers work. In the teachers room, there are many things about the lesson, test papers, etc

Corridor, in the corridor there are many CCTVs

Dance Room, it is located on 2nd floor. Students use that room to practice on their dances. In the dance room, there are only a few things, for example a few tables and chairs

Music and Art Room, it is located on 2nd floor. It is the room that students use to study about music, art, etc. In the music and art room, there are many things about music and art, for example musical instruments and paintings, such as guitar, piano, violin, canvas, and so much more. Supervisor Room, it is located on 1st floor. It is the room where supervisor and principal work. In the supervisor room, there are many things about SMP Gandhi School Ancol, for example trophies, achievements, etc. Teachers that manage the supervisor room are Ms. Prima & Ms. Yogeeta

Trophies and Achievements, this trophies and achievements are located on Supervisor Room. All this trophies and achievements were won by the students in SMP Gandhi School Ancol from this year and many years ago

Basketball Field, it is located on Ground Floor. It is the place where students usually play basketball

Hall, it is located on Ground Floor. It is the place where students do sports (PE), for example soccer, basketball, volley, badminton, etc. In the hall, there are many things about sports, for example basketball ring, balls, racket, etc. In the hall, there is also a stage. Canteen, it is located on Ground Floor. It is the place where students buy foods, snacks, etc. In the canteen, there are many stores that we can buy foods, snacks, drinks, etc

Audio-visual, it is located on 2nd floor. It is the place where teachers and students want to use the projector, the audio-visual is also sound proof. In the audio-visual, there are a projector, speakers, etc. Teacher that manages the audio-visual is Mr. Mahyuni

Clinic, teachers and students go to the clinic if they're sick. In the clinic, there are many medicines, beds, etc. Doctor that works on the clinic named Mr. Darmawan

Mahatma Gandhi Statue, it is located in front of SMA Gandhi School Ancol Building. The school used this statue to respect and remember all the things that Mahatma Gandhi has done to us and everyone
